
Growth Marketing Specialist (Freelance)

As freelance Growth Marketing Specialist at Brenger, you combine sharp analysis with creative execution to spot opportunities, run experiments, and optimize campaigns that drive acquisition, activation, and retention. You will work closely with our CX Growth team and use data to optimize decisions across the funnel.
Your responsibilities:
Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Design, run, and optimize experiments (A/B tests, funnel improvements, new channels).
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google, social, retargeting).
Build lightweight dashboards and reports that give actionable insights.
Explore and validate new channels and tactics, translating results into a scalable playbook.
What you’ll deliver in the first months
First 2 months
Take over and manage core performance marketing activities currently run by an external agency.
Conduct an analysis of the customer journey and identify growth opportunities.
Launch the first growth experiments with clear hypotheses, and measurable impact.
By month 4
Optimize existing campaigns and uncover quick wins for efficiency and growth.
Test and validate 2-3 new experiments to drive acquisition, activation, and / or retention.
Propose a scalable, data-driven framework for future growth initiatives.
Job requirements
You have:
5+ years of experience in B2C marketing (ideally in tech/marketplace/scale-ups).
Strong analytical skills and experience with conversion funnels.
Proven experience with growth experimentation (both product-led and communication-driven).
Creativity combined with critical thinking.
Ability to prioritize and work independently with limited time.
Nice to have:
Experience in marketing products/services that are used infrequently (like Brenger) is a plus.
UX/design knowledge is a plus.
