Job description

We are Brenger; a clean-tech startup building a sustainable transportation platform that solves the inefficient way of transporting bulky goods by optimizing the utilization of every van on the road which reduces the CO2 emission along the way. We started our adventure back in 2016 in Amsterdam and are rapidly growing in the Benelux and soon in the rest of Europe. To accelerate company growth we are looking for a creative, analytical and result-driven Head of Growth to join our team!

Your mission

As the Head of Growth you will join our marketing team and be responsible for the global growth and brand strategy of Brenger. Your job is to improve and expand Brenger’s growth in Europe while creating a growth mindset across the entire organization that spurs our growth continuously. This role requires you to be strategic and at the same time hands-on to ensure growth happens. You will be working closely with the leadership team and to make it concrete, here are some of your key responsibilities:

  • Craft strategies for our marketing efforts to reach and attract all our stakeholders; customers, retailers, business partners and couriers

  • Develop B2B lead generation funnels for sales

  • Test product changes that could accelerate our B2C growth and do continuous optimization of the order flow and customer experience to improve conversion rates

  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments, expand market share and monitor competition

  • Coordinate marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels (email campaigns, web pages, PR and promotional material)


What we ask from you

  • A data-driven Head of Growth, with a can-do mentality and able to drive change across all levels of the organization

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a growth or marketing manager role within a scale-up work environment

  • Experience working with a scaling business, having implemented a successful lead generation marketing plan in international markets

  • Experience managing SEO/SEA campaigns, CRO and A/B testing

  • Solid knowledge of e-commerce tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads

  • Fluent spoken and written English is required
