We are Brenger; a clean-tech startup building a sustainable transportation platform that solves the inefficient way of transporting bulky goods by optimizing the utilization of every van on the road which reduces the CO2 emission along the way. We started our adventure back in 2016 in Amsterdam and are rapidly growing in the Benelux and are about to expand towards the rest of Europe. To accelerate company growth we are looking for a creative, analytical and ambitious Growth Manager!
As Growth manager you will join our marketing team and be responsible for the growth of Brenger through lead generation, SEO/SEO campaigns and A/B testing. Your job is to develop and execute growth strategies which will improve our growth in the Benelux and to realize our international growth ambitions. This role requires you to be hands-on and to act quickly to ensure growth happens. Brenger offers you the opportunity to learn and grow from a Growth Manager to a Head of Growth. You will be working closely with our co-founder/ COO Wisse and our Content Marketeer Margarita. To make it concrete, here are some of your key responsibilities:
Develop B2B lead generation funnels for sales
Develop and execute growth strategies for our marketing efforts to reach and attract all our stakeholders; customers, retailers, business partners and couriers internationally
Coordinating SEO/SEO campaigns
Test product changes that could accelerate our B2C growth and to improve conversion rates
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments, expand market share and monitor competition
Contribute to other marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels
What we ask from you
A data-driven and result-driven Growth Manager, with a can-do mentality and ability to learn fast
Minimum of 4 years experience in a growth or marketing manager role within a scale-up environment
Having implemented a successful lead generation marketing plan, preferably international markets
Experience coordinating SEO/SEA campaigns, CRO and A/B testing
Solid knowledge of e-commerce tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads
Fluent spoken and written English is required
